[시사의창=김성민 기자] 강동구(이수희 구청장)가 지난 15일, 강동구청 대강당에서 장애인 일자리사업 참여자를 대상으로 업무 관련 필수 교육을 진행했다.

교육 대상자는 작년 11월 장애인 일자리사업 공개 모집을 통해 선정된 참여자 총 139명으로 작년 대비 23명이 증가했고, 이들은 현재 관내 곳곳에서 행정도우미, 바리스타, 도서관사서 지원 등 다양한 직무를 맡고 있다.

이번 교육은 일반형 일자리 참여자 67명을 대상으로 근무 현장에서 필요한 안전·보건교육, 성희롱 예방 교육, 직장 내 괴롭힘 예방 교육, 장애 인식개선 교육과 장애인일자리 지침 교육 등을 진행했다. 또한, 구는 복지·특화형 일자리 참여자를 대상으로 한 교육도 진행 중이다. -이하 생략-

[Current Affairs Window = Reporter Kim Seong-min] On the 15th, Gangdong-gu (District Mayor Lee Soo-hee) conducted essential work-related training for participants in the job project for the disabled at the Gangdong-gu Office auditorium.

A total of 139 participants were selected through an open recruitment process for the Jobs for the Disabled in November last year, an increase of 23 compared to last year. They are currently in various positions throughout the district, including administrative assistants, baristas, and librarian support.

 

This training included safety and health training required at the workplace, sexual harassment prevention training, workplace bullying prevention training, disability awareness improvement training, and job guideline training for the disabled for 67 people who participated in regular jobs. In addition, the district is also conducting training for participants in welfare and specialized jobs.
