[시사의창=김성민 기자] 광진구(구청장 김경호)가 어린이대공원 주변 광나루로에 버스정류소를 신설, 이전해 버스를 더욱 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 개선했다.

어린이대공원역 2번출구 인근에 버스정류소를 신설하고 건국대학교 후문쪽에 있던 정류소를 어린이회관 출입구 주변으로 옮겨 어린이회관 이용자의 이동 동선을 줄이고 지하철 환승도 편리하게 이용할 수 있게 한 것이다.

구의동에서 군자동으로 지나가는 광나루로에는 구의사거리 초입의 구의사거리 정류소와 건국대학교 후문쪽의 어린이회관 정류소가 있었다. 그러나 두 정류소 거리가 멀고, 어린이대공원역에서도 많이 떨어져 있어 버스를 이용할 때 많이 걸어야 하는 불편이 있었다.

이에 구는 지난해 광진경찰서와 협력해 버스 정류소 위치를 조정하기로 했다. 정류소 정비가 필요하다는 주민들의 의견을 서울시에 전달하고 정류소 신설과 이전 승인을 요청해 서울시의 최종승인을 받아냈다.

A new bus stop was built near Exit 2 of Children's Grand Park Station, and the stop at the back gate of Konkuk University was moved to near the entrance to the Children's Center to reduce the movement route for Children's Center users and make it easier to transfer to the subway.
